Amiel's Island Fire

Amiel's Island Fire produces a line of spicy and specialty food products in their "Hot Sauce Microbrewery" in Cardigan, Prince Edward Island. People may say that Maritimers don't like their food hot, but then those people are crazy. Maritimers love it, and we're here to bring the heat! We like to have fun around here if you haven't noticed - what with our Maritime influenced names and delicious local ingredients like the moonshine (made by PEI's Myriad View artisan distillery of Rollo Bay) in our Maritime Madness line. The East Coast is giving the Southwest a run for their money in spicy foods - if you aren't too sure about that you should try their Giv'er sauce!
