Sales Policy and Delivery Times:
1. All sales are transacted in Canadian dollars.
2. Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of their placement. If we are unable to make this guarantee, a message will be posted on the home page of the store stating this and providing a reason why (ie - we are away at a trade show for a couple of days, etc.)
2. We reserve the right to refuse to complete any transaction due to suspicion of a fraudulent transaction. In some cases we may contact the customer via phone or email to confirm transactions in order to seek to avoid fraudulent transactions. We know that no one wants to be charged for an order that they didn't make!
3. Delivery standards depend upon the method of delivery selected. Within Canada, Xpresspost is often your best value. Delivery can be made within 7 days to almost all locations (remote locations may require an extra day or two). Expedited parcel services may take as long as 2 weeks to reach some locations, depending on the distance being travelled. To American customers, Xpresspost parcels can reach most destinations within 8 days. Remote locations may require an extra day or two. Parcel services may take as long as 14 days for delivery depending on your location. If you are concerned about delivery times, please contact us and we will confirm shipping dates and review available tracking information for your shipment.
