Replacement/Refund Policy:
1. Replacements and/or refunds are only offered on defective products. Every effort is made to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. If you receive a product that you believe isn't of the expected quality, or if there is an obvious problem with the product, please contact us. You may reach us by the following methods:

In the event that there is an obvious quality problem with the product, we require you to return the product to us for our inspection. We do this to make sure that there isn't a problem with the shipment to protect our customers and so that we can pursue appropriate actions with our suppliers. We will credit you for return shipping costs in sending the product back to us via regular parcel service. Please contact us for approval before sending ANY product back to the store or credits may not be issued.
2. Notice of defective product must be received within 7 days of order delivery. Orders that you are seeking a replacement for that are outside of this timeframe are subject to management's discretion as to course of action. Again, if there is an obvious quality problem with the product, we WILL make it right.
3. All defective products are subject to replacement unless the product is not currently available in the store. If the product is unavailable within a week to be reshipped to the customer, then either a store credit or refund will be available. The option of a store credit or refund is YOUR choice. You are our customers and we appreciate your business.
4. Product returns will not be accepted due to reasons such as the product being too hot or spicy for your liking. We provide heat levels for most products in the store, and we are always happy to answer your questions about our products to determine its suitability for your consumption. Some of our products are VERY hot, with a heat rating of 10 being as much as 60 times hotter than a basic jalapeno pepper. We ask that you be aware of what you are purchasing prior to making a transaction. If you are located in our region, drop by the store - you can sample almost all of our products before you buy!
5. No credits will be issued for products that are returned without the prior consent of From Mild to Wild Hot Sauce Shop.
6. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/replacement request if it is found that the customer is abusing this privilege. All refunds/replacements are subject to our approval.
