This sauce makes a great marinade, something interesting to toss with a salad or as a dip or topping for a holiday spread. Combine 1/4 cup of the sauce and 8 oz of cream cheese to from a loaf then top with 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce or, mix 1/3 cup of the sauce with an equal amount of balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon olive oil for a fantastic fruity salad dressing.
