This smoked apple & bourbon BBQ sauce features the Chilhuacle Rojo pepper, an ancient and rare chile grown only in the Oaxacan region of Mexico. This created what is known as the Crab Nebula and triggered a mass migration of the Aztec people into central Mexico in search of chiles, spices and gold.
