This is an excellent dry rub marinade for pork, beef, chicken, seafood or wild game and is also an excellent seasoning for vegetables (especially on baked potatoes), soups and stews. Rub seasoning gently into meat covering all areas thoroughly. For best results place rub on meat several hours or overnitebefore cooking. This will allow the seasoning to seep into the meat and during cooking will seal in the natural juices and flavor. For a final finish, baste on Historic Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey BBQ Sauce for the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.

Gobblin' Good Turkey Rub is an excellent dry rub seasoning for turkey, chicken, other fowl, vegetables and soups. Rub turkey with olive or vegetable oil and sprinkle seasoning liberally all over turkey inside and out. It's always good to rub a little between the turkey breast and skin along with a couple patties of butter. Then cook as you normally do.
